Traditional Tuscan Menu:

Starters:

Crouton with black cabbage and borlotti beans.
Mixed croutons
Mixed cold hams with pecorino cheese.

First Courses:

Ribollita: bread soup with vegetables.
Pici pasta in meat sauce
Potato tortelli in wild boar sauce
Short pasta with chickpeas

Second Courses:
Ossobuco Ponte Vecchio Style
Meat Stew with pumpkin purè.
Beef tagliata with streaky bacon
Florentine T bone steak.

Side Dishes:

White beans in tomato
Chickpeas in extra virgin olive oil.

Desserts:

Torta della Nonna with pine seeds
Vin santo con cantucci- sweet dessert wine with almond biscuits

Our Menu:

Bruschetta with tomatoes and fresh basil.
Vegetable flan in creamy pecorino cheese.

First Courses:

Giant ravioli with scallop and prawn filling
Fiocchi pasta filled with pecorino cheese and pear in robiola cheese cream and truffle.
Lasagne in meat sauce.
The Chef's risotto
Small potato gnocchetti with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts.

Second Courses:

Rabbit in porcini mushrooms with olives and capers.
Pork with stewed potatoes
